[Imc-cyprus] New mail list forIndymedia ' illich' related stuff

Hi folks:

So, at the present itme we have IMC Hamilton on illich, and IMC Cyprus 
and IMC Omaha ready to install, and interest in a group from London 
Ontario Canada

Seems like it's time to get the illich specific traffic off the 
collective's lists and on to one of it's own. This will make the tech 
admin easier, and let us all learn from each other as we move forward 
with the install process, and into ongoing operations.
