[Imc-darwin-editorial] More housekeeping

Hi everyone

I have started to delete rather than hide Mick Lambe's comments and
article which breach our editorial policy because he is starting to
repeat himself.

If this continues it is going to be a problem. We may have to consider
blocking Mick Lambe's server from posting on the site, maybe for an
initial 30 day period.

He can still post from other computers but at least he won't be
sitting there all night with nothing better to do than try to destroy
some Darwin activists and the Darwin Indymedia site.
