Hi everyone

I am slightly confused. How has Mick Lambe's website dimc.axxs.org
been accepted into the Indymedia network and given back the domain
http://darwin.indymedia.org without any discussion on this list,
either of the Darwin lists or in Darwin generally for that matter.

Who made this decision and on what basis?
