[imc-dc-tech] activist calendar

I'm trying to construct an activist calendar like the one dc.indymedia uses based on the program from protest.net. I keep getting an error message when I try to go to the 5 steps to create the calendar. How did indymedia do it? Did you have to contact someone at protest.net to set up your calendar? Did the indymedia Web site already have a cgi enabled server?

Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated.
