*	Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, who is eyeing a Republican nomination for president in 2008, is often referred to as
"America's Mayor" for his response to the 9/11 terrorist attack that destroyed the World Trade Center. But 9/11 Families have
complained about his neglect of pre-9/11 emergency preparedness.
