We are still in the bayou of southern Louisiana, sharing food with the local communities. We're up to 200 or so meals a day now. We share breakfast from 6-9:30 AM and supper from 3-7 PM, sometimes a bit later. The people here are wonderful and accepted us as part of the community. Many of the people still have not received any assistance from FEMA or their insurance companies. We are still looking for donations of food, cleaning supplies, money, blankets, laptops, etc. The address to mail to is below, as is the telephone number. Have a happy holiday season! I am enclosing two articles that have been written about us sharing food here, one in the local Houma Courier newspaper and the one form today's Christian Science Monitor. Enjoy!
