The mission of Tentom, LLC is to promote socioeconomic and political empowerment of minorities plus current and future Organized Union Households through the accepted and legitimate practice of OBSTRUCTIONIST POLITICS. That goal is to encourage African Americans and other minorities plus current and future Organized Labor Union Households to VOTE for candidates who will ensure that government rules, regulations, laws, ordinances, legal statues, acts of congress, propositions, procedures, policies and practices include minorities in representative numbers in the employment selection process and awarding of contracts. In fact, minorities will exchange their VOTES for socioeconomic and political empowerment in areas that meet a certain specified Minority plus current and future Organized Union Household Demographic and Tax Format and Profile.
Empirical evidence supports the assertion that minority plus current and future organized labor union household sectors contribute a proportionate share of TAXES but receive less than proportionate benefits. Excise taxes generated in minority communities plus current and future organized labor union households are disproportionately high because of the higher cost of fuel, food, and retail products. Given the current social climate, the polarization of the races, the assaults on Affirmative action, the assault on small business set-aside programs, and charges of reverse discrimination and the implementation of trade agreements like NAFTA, AFTA and CAFTA, it is imperative that minorities and current and future organized labor union households seize the opportunities for “economic empowerment” by working together as a cohesive unit in a coalition, to obtain financial independence and economic interdependence. Tentom, LLC
will be the mechanism that groups and communities use to accomplish these goals. In other words, The U.S. Courts, The U.S. Legislature and The Executive Branch of the Federal Government brought about the formation of Tentom Limited Liability Company and its Socioeconomic and Political Empowerment Model for Minorities’ agenda, plan and scheme to address the thwarting of Affirmative Action Laws in this nation plus the passing of noted Trade Agreements that transfers jobs out of this country to Overseas Slave Labor Markets. Callous unfounded charges and calls describing Reverse Discrimination against Whites and the implementation and passing of CAFTA, AFTA and NAFTA by the Federal Government made this company seek another remedy to bringing about social, political and economic parity in this nation with a new formula using TAXES as the measuring instrument and the motivator to Minorities and current and future organized labor union households in this
nation to come out and participate in the Electoral Process once they see and realize their importance to the Revenue Streams of respective governments, especially in states, counties and municipalities where they have or makeup a large percentage of the noted taxpaying populations.
Tentom, LLC’s role is to: (1) educate groups and communities about the social and economic inequities; (2) facilitate change by aiding in the development of specific plans and agendas and (3) implement the empowerment plan through privatization of governmental services.
Tentom, LLC’s strategy is to identify those municipalities with a total population exceeding 50,000 that also experience ten percent (10%) or greater minority and organized labor union household populations. For those communities, Tentom, LLC will obtain relevant information regarding taxes paid by the minority and current and future organized labor union household sectors and compare that information to the benefits received in the form of compensation, contract award, housing, etc. This information will then be used to educate communities, politicians, trade unions, associations, religious, social and other interest groups about the social and economic inequities at the local, regional and national levels. The goal is to motivate respective leaders to effect change.
Tentom, LLC will operate as the mechanism for collecting and disseminating information specific to the needs of the community or group. This targeted information will be used to pass or repeal legislation in the groups’ best interest. This information may include:
· Population projections such as percent of the minority and current and future organized labor union household population by age, gender, ethnic origin
· Union affiliation by race
· Employment statistics by race plus current and future organized union member affiliation within geographic areas and demographic criteria
· Employment statistics by race and current and future organized labor affiliation within governmental units
· Elected officials and their voting record
· Census demographics
· Current year demographic updates and five year projections
· Consumer demand and spending
· Business information
· Financial behavior data
All information will be obtained from up-to-date general and specific databases for analyzing geographic areas of any shape or size anywhere in the United States and will include data for the entire U.S. census regions, states, metropolitan statistical areas, areas of dominant influence, counties, zip codes, census tracts, block groups and custom trade areas.
Based on the information obtained and the specific economic plan or agenda Tentom, LLC will solicit contracts under the current system of outsourcing, including a broader range of services at all levels of government.
Tentom, LLC will measure its marketing success by election results and their impact on the market communities. These successes will be known by equitable increases in employment, increases in contracts awarded to minorities and labor union affiliated companies and appreciable improvements in housing and infrastructure of minority and current and future organized labor union household communities.
