[Imc-dispatch] dispatch list

hi ppl!

one reason to set up the list was the need for a possibility to contact other
ppl who are interested in such a dispath working group. there was never so much
done to promote this workinggroup - and there was also no concrete project (like
the translation tool).

at the moment there are 11 members and 6 digested members subscribed on
imc-dispatch.

one of the main things til now was to prepare and collect resources for
future dispatch work, which is collected now on the twiki. but it's not
finished and not updated since nov 2003. if everyone on this list feel, that
there is at the moment no need on a dispatch working group, than the list
should get rid of. but someone should update the twiki - maybe with a sentence
that there was this list running for one year without use.

the other question is if ppl are interested in dispatch system, working group,
or discussions in future times? should we think how we can start without
mailinglist? it was not easy to inform others ...
