[Imc-dnc-discuss] Fwd: Telephone Interface Instructions

Posted for Vincent, who is having trouble getting his emails onto the
list.

Is there an audio point person yet? I talked to Vincent about his needs,
and can pass that info on - the trickiest part may be a place to work
that offers either a PC with a static IP, or one with a network guy who
can configure the router in question to pass the right stuff through.
Seems like TecsChange is the most likely place?
