you're right. i'm cc'ing www-tech and www-features and imc-docs (and imc-tech so
ppl know i've responded):

www-tech - tech list for features
www-features - english language list for proposing features
imc-docs - working group that recently reorganised the wiki (i am part of this,
so accept some responsibility!) and broke the link

the correct link is: http://docs.indymedia.org/bin/view/Global/PublishingFeatures

the original/previous one included "twiki/" just prior to the 'bin/' part of the
url.

thanks for pointing this out! and good luck with proposing a feature - always
welcomed :-)

i'm busy over next few days, but please read the documentation and (probably)
write to the www-features list to propose any articles or ask for help.
