[IMC-docs] secure section on docs.indymedia.org

Hi!

The peple from indymedia Rosario are asking for hosting a wiki in riseup
because they think that docs.indymedia.org could be not secure for an
internal wiki they need. I dont see how much secure riseup could be. Can
we have authentification a rosario webpage in  docs.indymedia.org for them?

Their request:

"Hi, we are the Indymedia Center of Rosario, República Argentina
(http://www.rosario.indymedia.org). We are working since 2001 and in
this moment we need to have a secure online space. We want to host
documentation, contacts, and coordinate production and coverage. We
wanted to use docs.indymedia.org, but the tech people there told us the
wiki were unsecure for sensitive information, and various of the files
we want to archive online may be considerated sensitive information.
That's why we are looking for a secure host for us. We think riseup.net
can provide us such a host."
