[IMC-docs] docs.indymedia.org update

All,

By the looks of things, docs.indymedia.org has more serious issues than first 
thought.  The routing issues introduced by our relocation were resolved last 
night - www3.indymedia.org.uk has been back for sometime and yet docs is 
still inaccessible.  According to our monitors, docs switch port is inactive, 
so we're going to head down to the data center tomorrow and take a hands on 
look at the problem.
