Hi folks,

there has been some confusion about the registration for the wiki with
some of the IMC Venezuela people. That's why I revised the registration
page in spanish. I put it in the sandbox since I don't have permission
to change the page.

The original:

My new version:
http://docs.indymedia.org/viewauth/Sandbox/TWikiRegistrationEs

I used the english version as a model and changed just a few things
(like the hint that the WikiName has to contain two capital letters), I
quit the part for the registration as a guest since it doesn't work
anyways, and I put "TWiki." in front of some links to see what the final
version would be like.
