cool! welcome :-) please read on...

well, i think that the best thing is to provide some backup somewhere
that is accessible by people - at least there would be a read-only copy
of the site if it was unavailable for whatever reason. nb. i did start
to set this up last year using a server in brasil, but there is no
public access to this setup (it also contains privileged
files/information), and i'm not sure how much other work has been done
on this either.

that would be fantastic! we do really need help as both intrigeri and i
are moving away from this project due to various reasons. however, we're
both still around a bit to help pass on the knowledge we have.

well, i think it's not much ;-)
there are some munin graphs - i think that they are at
https://munin.tachanka.org under kompost (the main server) and humus
(the actual docs.indy vserver) but i'm not sure if they're working or
not, or if the info is elsewhere. in any case, i'm pretty sure that all
the answers are "low"
as to joining the list - i think that someone needs to authorise the
subscription, but i don't know the password (anymore??) so maybe alster
is the best person to advise about that.
solidarity,
