I don't think there's an issue with you asking IMC Finance for it. It
was a collective imc docs working group decision to have this money
given to the Boum collective, and this can be reviewed on the imc docs
archives. It just needs to be claimed now and you have my full support
in doing so (and not just mine, as it was a consensus decision).
