[IMC-Docs] Apache failures in humus

Hi,

apparently, based on the munin stats, Apache has been failing twice on
humus lately:

1. Fri, Aug 11, ~23:00 UTC (recovered Sat, Aug 12, ~04:30 UTC)
2. Sat, Aug 12, ~12:45 UTC (recovered Sat, Aug 12, ~18:45 UTC)

I was already aware of the second outage as I was notified about it. I
looked at the apache log files but could not find anything related to
this. By this time, while humus' memory was almost fully allocated, no
swapping did occur, nor was CPU usage any higher than expectable. So,
realizing that apache which was not running, I just restarted it.

Is anyone aware of the first outage? If it really occurred: who fixed
it, and is any information about possible causes available?
