[IMC-Docs] twiki is dead - docs is still living in the caves

Ugh! I got the newsletter but didn't read the implications so
bluntly. Cheers for the heads up.
I use twiki at work and it's good - the newer versions are worth upgrading to.
I guess time will tell if twiki_fork is successful, but I am happy to
help with upgrade effort. Bristol imc use the docs quite a bit, it's
a good tool.
I have done upgrades in the past, it's easy. Reasonably new version
is in debian so easy install. The TWiki data directory is completely
compatible AFAIK you just copy into new install and bingo, off we go.
We have a server for bristol.indymedia.org with free space. Don't
know how big the docs is, but if someone sent me a tar.ga archive I
could try an upgrade / install and report back.
