[IMC-Docs] twiki is dead - docs is still living in the caves

i've been trying hard to ignore twiki for a while ;-)

it maybe easy to upgrade twiki, but we do not have a stock install -
there are lots of custom hacks to make the (old) software suitable for
indymedia usage. thus, we would need to test it for a bit before making
it live...

it is on a vserver, so it is easy to copy it over and give you access,
which would probably be better than sending you an archive.

most info is documented on the wiki itself:
docs.indymedia.org/view/Sysadmin/KompostInfo - although it's not
entirely up to date.

let me know and i will stick this on my list of "things to do". mike,
can you send me your public ssh-key and i will arrange it for you?
