[IMC-Docs] twiki is dead - docs is still living in the caves

Hi gmd,

Any chance you or someone could copy the current apache config over to
the new vm for me?

I'm interested in the best way to make twiki run out of the root
folder, i.e. doce.indy.org/view/... instead of
docs.indy.org/twiki/view/...

I can do it with a bunch of aliases, or maybe mod_rewrite, but I
wonder if someone did a neat solution :)
