[IMC-Docs] kompost down

hello all and greetz 'n' solidarity for the struggles of the year ahead...

unfortunately, it seems that kompost has gone down this morning around
about 02:00 UTC. currently, there is no remote access to the server or
any of the hosted vservers (which host the docs wiki and one of the irc
relays).

although it may be possible to request a cold reboot from the colo
administrators, i am not hopeful this will resolve the situation.
instead, it is probably more worthwhile if someone is able to attend the
colo and have a look at what is showing on a console screen (if
possible, take a photograph) prior to attempting a reboot. if
unsuccessful, this would then allow for the machine to be pulled and
further analysis and/or data retrieval be carried out.

i'm sorry i don't have more positive news at this time; i hope that it
will be possible to provide some update of the current situation by the
end of the weekend.
