It seems that there is so much file system corruption that
this isn't going to be possible :-(

I suggest we start to do 3 things:

1. Build a new twiki vserver on the UK server and use the
   last backup of the site for this.

2. Try to scrape all the pages we can from the Google
   cache and set up a static mirror of these pages with an
   index, for example http://archive.docs.indymedia.org/

3. Try to recover what data can be recovered from the
   corrupted disk and use this data to update the new
   vserver.
