       I can't tell you the joy to my soul to hear that Disney and Vaicom are fined by the FCC. I must say it is a long time coming and I hope that there are more shows on television that will be examined for there intent to harm the 100 years of progress in civil-liberties, civil-rights, labor laws, living wages, woman rights, education rights, and environmental rights in the workplace and in the environment. 

 

       It is apparent that the producers have an economic agenda in forming certain social models of behavior in depicting scenes in television and in film to undue, from a sociological perceptive, basic fundamental human rights. I am of course against censorship of any kind but I see this as a global corporate move, to move on and move out a century of progress in all area. The producers of television and of film are producing a form of psychological model of mutilation and dysfunction to get the human psyche, evolution of the workplace, home and American family. I see this as a planned effort on the part of television and film producers that is foreign, it would be interesting to examine the budgets and policies of foreign countries in Bulgaria, England and Macedonia, for example, to see if there is national policies in those countries against the United States or countries Worldwide to disseminate their people and culture through their corporation and media companies and conglomerates. 

 

       The Wal-mart policy of exploiting Woman in the workplace is just a start, and I am wondering how much foreign ownership is responsible for these policies in our country nationally, certainly the domination show Fear Factor makes the point, in encouraging woman to be abused and exploited, with no mention of job rights or living wages, seems everyone is schizophrenic to the cause and effect, or intention and abuse/domination, where there is lack of living wages, and what it does to workers, but certainly childhood programming like "Bubba the Love Sponge," depicting animate cartons masturbating and sodomizing one another, and the images of Abu Ghraib where Prisoners were forced to masturbate, and hooded, shrouded prisoners tortured in a 'christ' symbol makes the point. There are more egregious problems in the media of more direct exploitation of actors and woman for pay, and phony PR salaries but it seems this is one of the reasons there are no American realized producers in film or television but only a PR model.

 

       These should be an Act of Congress changing the industry to safe guard our rights and ensure real living wages to workers and actors, and certainly there is a minimum need for committee hearings on this problem so every day college education all-generation Americans who are psychologically sound, and whose intention is what our education system teachers them, a more shared and realized form of expression, not foreign social and psychological models of mutilation, to help British, Bulgarian, or Balkan economic (military or abduction)  interest overthrow the American workplace, living wage, or job rights. I think this is where it starts historically in cultures, where the intent is some sort of mass murder, it begins with the media, images, and displacement policies of workers, and ultimately their homes and families. A contrived policy of indigency. In Europe this is how the Nazi got the Jew in or to the Ghetto, to get them to the labor camps, or the British Policy of poisoned and contaminated farms and potatoes crop, which caused the starvation of million of families and their kids in Ireland in the late 1800's. Many would argue the takeover by the Versailles Treaty of every German Institution cause or inspired the Nazis to commit the genocide of 10 million Jews in Europe. Certainly Churchill knew well in advance, as they claimed Roosevelt knew, or they had no idea that their agents were poisoning the farm lands and potatoes crop in Ireland by the early 1850's. It seems historically there was a lesson in the Irish genocide in Europe, nations starting systemizing (hiding) these policies with the creation of labor and concentration camps and crematories.

 

       The public relations of phony salaries, contrived images, and entertainment news show exploiting people as models of behavior are the core of the issue and interest. It seems there is two Americas, one you would find in a court of law redressing such abuses, and the other where the media companies calls themselves a court of law or jurisprudence, chattelizing workers with bogus informant contracts or security contracts, stating they are the law or the Investigative agencies, which by the way own or are the major players in media companies, egregiously empowered by state and federal funding and programs, and by fraudulent claims, that they are judges or work for some federal or state court or have court ordered warrants! The informant actor or producer or director, who chattelizes or is chattel for or in the industry, is the enslavement and death of this country and its free rights. It seems to me that foreign interest (corporate) and corporate Investigative companies and media companies, are also the core of the problem.

 

       There should be employee shareholding companies available for everyone in the industry as workers or actors or director to have a shared realization in their work. There should also be salary standards of minimum yearly wages of $90,000 or better. There are programs in the National Academy of Arts, but are inadequate because the enslavement companies and cults like "Jewal" (secret woman's organization) are administrating (through NAA) the program, and it seems that there are justice department programs and money also providing the impetus for this abuse, under community policing or security or investigative work. These programs should be cancelled. Monies should be paid directly to the Artist. An Internet plan for Artist as workers and shareholders would be a good start but nothing short of direct payments to workers will reverse these policies.
