A solid code-base is more important than a go-live date in my view...
But I would think that migrating from active1-7-2 to drupal is a
low-priority excercise and can be done any time... It's great you've got
the time to do all this stuff for sydney indy.. I'll contact you off
list now about doing some of my own dev on 9tails...
