i do know that there is a dada2mir conversion script that was used for the nyc
migration last year. i think that john duda developed it and mike topper worked
on it further, so might be worth asking one of those two  - or searching via the
mir-admins or mir-coders list for discussion over the past year (there've been a
couple of threads, iirc).

at least then, you might have the beginnings of a script - how to dump the dada
stuff, and you would just need to figure out the restoration into drupal.
