In discussions, with drupal folk, I have been convinced this was a
stupid idea. Sticking with unpublishing is a good idea even if you can't
comment. The admin menu tab should make the nature of unpublished
clearer anyway.

Other suggestions given (in IRC) have been:
* option to automatically send an email to a configuarable adresses(s)
that contain: user, obfusticated URL (for public lists that get
indexed), hiding reason
* also, you should be able to select a cateogry (or more). if the the
hidden story is in that category, it doesnt get shown, ever.

Thoughts?
