[Imc-drupal-dev] sf-active to drupal migration scripts

Hi, looks good as far as the iconv stuff goes.
just make sure u are running this on a reasonably current system,
I recently had some iconv calls spit out some useless output on an old 
debian system.

It's a good idea to have php iconv extension in any case, if present it 
will be used by drupal core.
