[Imc-drupal-dev] Drupal Tampa Bay IMC documentation

Hi, i don't know if tampa bay uses it, but the indymedia_cities module 
has a setting option for collapsible cities list, 
http://drupal.org/project/indymedia_cities
so that's one easy way to do it.
