[Imc-drupal-dev] first install

In response to somoe queries I've received on how the newswire vs.
feature columns were built on St. Louis IMC at reboot.stlimc.org, I've
finally started on a write-up:

Please note much of these was done before my introduction to this
listserv, and indeed to goal is to better conform stlimc to the pages
on docs.indy. I.e.
