I've also see this wiki page. I think it is only a brainstorm because there is no code avaliable.

We (IMC LaPlana) are making a Drupal module to migrate contents from
dada to drupal. We have some development code I've programmed to migrate
Editorials (Features in dada) to drupal 4.7.x (it should work with small
changes in Drupal 5 because it uses basic Drupal Node API).

We put a deadline (before april) to complete the migration module. Of
course all contributions will be apreciated ;).
