ultimately i think we'd like to look at the options for regionalization like
UK and indybay. right now we're focused on getting philly up. technically
there is a lot to figure out in terms of that level of functionality which
we'll be in a better position to get our heads around after the philly
install. there is also a lot that needs to be sorted out people-wise before
a regional interface is created. so for right now i would concentrate on
getting a lancaster imc up and running. i look forward to talking about it
more on the 19th. -AC
