[Imc-drupal-dev] Advice on new IMC install / standard new-imc install?

Hey folks,

As you've seen, we're going to be working on putting together a new
drupal-based IMC site this weekend.  Can anyone give me any advice on the
current state-of-the-work of putting together a new drupal imc site?  The
online documentation is (unsurprisingly) a little unfinished.  I'm not an
experienced drupal developer so all advice is welcome ...
