I just proposed a bird of a feather session for DrupalCon.

I'm also down for participating in the video archiving. I'll be bringing
two video cameras with me and a laptop, and I already checked it.

DROP sounds very interesting, and something along the lines of
microtasks has been very much in my thinking for quite some time as a
way of building participation but I haven't seen it implemented yet, so
I'll look more into the DROP model.
