if i have the time i was going to publish it next week on the wiki  
with a proposal for a 'new-imc' set of install options.

after discussion of the proposal i think the next things to do would be:
  * install drupal and dump the database
  * add all the new-imc extras and settings
  * dump the database again, diff the two, and work from this and  
existing profiles to make a 'new-imc' profile.

while at this i thought i may also do some rearrangement on the wiki,  
putting stuff under these headings:
  * what is drupal
  * which imcs use drupal
  * how do imcs use drupal
    * new-imc install and set up
      * modules
      * profiles
      * other options (video etc)
      * security + privacy
    * migration
  * imc drupal dev
  * links to imc wiki pages in other languages?
