hi drupal-imcistas,

So the time has come to really move forward with the mobile voices
project that I've talked w/some of you about.

Here is the simple description:

What: A group of people is gonna try to build a simple way for low-wage
immigrant workers in Los Angeles to publish and receive material to and
from the web using mobile phones. Then, we'll do trainings with
different immigrant groups on how to use the system.

I see it also as a chance to push mobile.indymedia forward, and pretty
much create better documentation on how to set up a mobile IMC-like site
using drupal.

 From what I can tell, we won't be developing any new functionality
here. Just a good install, customization, and checking useability.
