Hi I'd be interested in discussing although this is 0500 hours for me so
I'll probably be late.
personally I am happy enough focusing on profiles + modules +
documentation to help folks build sites. actually maintaining a drupal
distribution is a lot more work in terms of propagating security patches
from upstream etc.
btw re: migration, i'm curious what people think about the best way to
migrate comments with file attachments (from e.g. sf-active):
comment_upload (allowing comments to have uploads)
http://drupal.org/project/comment_upload or nodecomment (comments as
nodes) http://drupal.org/project/nodecomment or something else?
