[Imc-drupal-dev] last note on proposal: deadline tonight

Hi all,

Belgium imc still supports the grant proposal - even though there are
many important issues to be worked out (eg. see Mark's mail to
imc-tech). In any case, this is only a first step in the News Challenge
process (IIRC): if we make it through round 1, we need to write a full
dossier, that's much more detailed than the proposal we're submitting
now. So the issues at hand should be worked out at that time.
