Yes, it was. You can view it via the link below. Please notice that this is just Round 1 of the application. Knight selects applicants to move to a second round, requiring them to submit a longer proposal for Round 2.

Please notice that the title does not reflect exactly what we hope this grant does or how to allocate the funds. This has been so far an Imc-Drupal initiative, but that does mean we don't take seriously the imc-cms group goals or reservations/concerns about this proposal. Not saying "drupal" could've implied that we had imc-cms or global consensus on this, which is obviously not the case.

Also notice the line we added that says, "We are committed to work
with other IMC CMS groups in an open and collaborative manner in order
to build on already existing technologies."
