I've added Scotland Imc and Arizona Imc to the list...  Thanks! The DadaImc focus was before someone clarified there are other CMS like Mir and SF-active. 

I'll be working on a 2nd draft of the proposal tonight or tomorrow with all the suggested changes and send it over to the group again.

Why the emphasis on switching from DadaIMC?  Many IMCs are stuck and  
trying to switch from sf-active, mir,  and other platforms as well.

But anyway, I think the general effort is a good idea. what's the  
turnaround time for the grant?  is there a plan b for funding the  
effort if this particular grant isn't awarded?

Arizona IMC has been planning to switch to drupal for over a year  
now but we just  haven't had enough geek-hours yet to do it.
