[Imc-drupal-dev] Grant Proposal: 2ND DRAFT

Hi, one big thing I noticed: If folks are getting massive funding to
work on this, the least we can ask for is that *all* the resulting work
be released under GPL. I only say this because it's not clear in the
proposal; a "Drupal prototype" could just be a block box without any
released code.

I also have a couple corrections:

> At this moment, we have the commitment of several developers who have
> already worked or are in the process of builiding Drupal IMC,
> including: Arizona IMC, Bolivia IMC, Boston IMC, Belgium IMC,
> Columbus IMC, Germany IMC, UK IMC, San Francisco IMC, Scotland IMC,
> St. Louis IMC, Venezuela IMC.

assuming you are trying to list me as a drupal developer this should
say "SF Bay Area IMC" (due to our local IMC schism ~5 years ago).

*I* am interested in continuing to work on instal profiles but my local
IMC doesn't use Drupal and doesn't know anything about this proposal,
so could this part be rewritten? Otherwise I need to have Indybay look
at this proposal, explain what Drupal and Knight Foundation are and
what the $300K is for, and that would definitely take more than the
one-day deadline.

thanks!
