I just want to make clear that I wrote as an individual. There has been
no decision whatsoever in favor of Drupal or even a change of the CMS in
IMC Germany or IMC Venezuela - only discussions on a possible change. If
it's good to have more IMCs on the list, I don't think there's a
problem. But please know that I'm just here as an individual that works
in those collectives.

I haven't had time to read the 2nd draft so far...
