Yes, it would be nice to see the install profile/distribution aspect 
featured prominently as a goal.

Right now there is just a sentence in the "experience" question: 
"...wants to build an Indymedia install profile for other IMC centers to 
apply in a few steps on a common (LAMP) shared host and in a wide 
variety of languages."  But that's not even "experience".  Could we move 
this up to "describe your project"?

Note, there are already ~4 news/media-related install profiles including 
indymedia-alba (see list below).  So we need to explain how this is new 
or different from what already exists.  I don't have too many specifics 
on how indymedia-alba could be enhanced because I haven't even used it 
yet!  but i'm sure we could easily come up with a list.
