[Imc-drupal-dev] moving forward... 3rd draft

I don't know if everyone has seen the comments on the Imc-Tech list yet, but you can visit the archives:

There is a lot of nervousness and concerns about where the money is coming from and how we will use it. It seems there is a precedent of problems arising with a past proposal. I personally am very clear within this not-so-small coalition that our main goal is to create an Indymedia CMS that can hopefully be used worldwide.

I would like to move forward with the grant proposal and will be working on a 3rd draft tonight with the edits you guys sent me (unless someone already is?). We will have until Nov 1st @ midnight to make changes.

Bruno, you mentioned your group was going to take a look at it last tonight. Let me know if you have more changes.

I'm SO, SO nervous and at the same time so excited if we can make this work.
