Hi,
I was not suggesting global consensus. I did not think it would be
possible when I first heard about this proposal and I feel the same
about it now. I'm just trying to make the point that the grant proposal
should be worded very explicitly to benefit only those local IMCs that
have made the decision to participate. Otherwise you hit the problem of
co-option, where a grant is said to benefit some large group and the
large group has not agreed to be a part of it, as has nearly happened
several times in indymedia history.
