Hello Kyle,

thank you very much for the development snapshot of your comment_moderation 
module. I fixed the JavaScript bug, made the different list types working, 
added a permanent link and added an action to publish comments. 

We want to use the module for linksunten.indymedia.org. After a while, we 
might open the moderation to more roles, but up to then we need the "last 
vote rules"-option. But there are still some problems:

First of all, we desperately need a votingapi criteria for comments in views2 
to be able to select all comments with score 0. With "last vote rules", these 
are the unmoderated comments.

There is a bug I can't find: When you unfold a comment and click 
ontopic/offtopic (promote/bury), then the JavaScript-code is not executed 
although the class is well assigned.

It would be nice to be able to fold an unfolded comment. And it would be nice 
to have four buttons (moderated threads, unmoderated threads, moderated list, 
unmoderated list) representing the four list views (thread_collapsed, 
thread_expanded, flat_collapsed, flat_expanded).
