[Imc-drupal-dev] DADA to Drupal migration

I just converted the old St. Louis IMC to a collection of static HTML
pages using the httrack tool, visible at archive.stlimc.org.

This was done since there was a substantial gap between the active
period of the old dada site and the current Drupal site (i.e. people
weren't actively commenting on old stories), and because our current
webhost runs PHP5 and is incompatible with dadaIMC.  I may still be
able to migrate dada content into the current Drupal IMC some day to
provide better searchability.

This conversion process was inspired by these pages on docs.indy
(although I believe this server is still down).
