[Imc-drupal-dev] migrating from dadaIMC to drupal

Howdy,

My name is Aaron, and I am working with Arkansas Indymedia, trying to  
revive our collective. We have been pretty much defunct for a few  
years now, and the root of much of our problem was the constant  
trouble we had with the dada CMS. I am trying to build a test drupal  
site using the IMC Alba install profile, and I have it up and running  
successfully, but the first issue I am running into is that the  
Newswire with IMC Alba-based drupal isn't split into "Local" and  
"Elsewhere" like it was in dada. Is there a way to split the newswire  
in the IMC Alba drupal so that it has a "Local" and "Elsewhere"  
section so that when I run the migration module the articles from our  
dada database will go into the new drupal site in their respective  
sections?

Also, I am completely new to drupal, and any type of advice about  
setting up an IMC with drupal and migrating from dadaIMC to drupal  
would be much appreciated.
