I don't. But I want to do this too, so I'm interesting in looking into
this together. Here's what I know, quickly from the top of my head:
- I know that it's currently hard to do this in Drupal.
- Wim Leers is working on this for his bachelor's thesis. Basically,
he's basically working on a core patch for D6, and is aiming to prepare
that for inclusion in D7 core. See
http://wimleers.com/blog/bachelor-thesis-on-drupals-page-loading-performance.
He's starting from http://drupal.org/project/cdn. His thesis needs to be
finished in June. I could check with him if he would be interested in us
as testers for this.
- There is also
http://www.lullabot.com/articles/using-lighttpd-static-file-server,
which is a description of how to do it.
