Hey Sian

Nice to hear from you. This has been discussed a few times, but we
haven't really got much in the way of people putting time into the
project. But we're open to suggestions.

You might also want to say hello to the folk who run the east anglia
social forum website - http://www.easf.org.uk/

And are you in touch with the norwich anarchists? They're not the most
responsive to email, but they're a friendly bunch.

So to start you'd probably want about 5 people committed to putting some
level of work into indymedia. From the tech side it's quite easy to set
up a regional page on the uk site, so a bit of admin and generating
content locally is the main requirement.

If you get a meeting together then let us know. One of us might be able
to come over and say hello ...
