I'm not up for setting up a Norwich site and collective if it's
closed like current UK regions on Mir. We should set up an
open posting service (EASF reports could do this maybe?) and then
a syndication service which takes things from groups' own sites.

This could be harmful if it's going to take activists away from
usual activities and need them to work on making content for an
IMC-Norwich instead of their own use. That's not sustainable
unless there are a *lot* of volunteers. We need to get Norwich
area groups communicating better first and then build on that.
That's what I want to work on.

What sort of radical, JOOI? ephemera uses google (World Economic
Forum sponsor and promoter of market-based solutions to poverty),
advertises Adobe's products instead of free software viewers
like GSView and Xpdf, and doesn't give permission to modify
the articles (as permitted by some views of Open Access).
I can't look more right now, as it looks like engineers are
messing with my internet link today.
