The Internet is one more opportunity for people to be free to express
themselves, free to share what they know, and free to improve themselves while they
help others.
Too often I hear people just repeat something they have been told or
something they had read without wondering if it was really correct. I will do what I
can to promote the need for all of us to "ask-learn-teach" each other.
So my first suggestion for discussion is to create support from the People of
the United States and from the United States Congress to include the passage
"or information by Internet connections" in the 1st amendment of the
Constitution.
Amendment I (December 15, 1791)
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or
prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or the
press, or the right of the people peacefully to assemble, and to petition the
Government for a redress of grievances."

This singular action will provide assurance of the full discussions of a
subject
that we wish to pursue.
Some may wish, for good reason, to limit content on the Internet.
Control should always remain in the hands of the user.
If there are those who cannot or should not handle certain information; I
suggest we address those concerns by individual consideration.
Kindly reply to these postings with forethought and use your own words.
If quoting someone, give them credit.
If you are not sure of the source be honest and give credit to "unknown".
For the sake of full discourse always be courteous.
Limit yourself only by choosing your words carefully so everyone has a
prospect to understand you.
Thank you.
